Visiting NursesByrd Middle School Sun Valley, California Byrd Middle School recognized that when students are healthy and attending school regularly they have more opportunities to succeed and do well in class. To attain a school goal of high student attendance, the school Parent Center welcomed a visiting nurses program through which students could get necessary immunizations.
