As part of our Comprehensive Education Plan for the 1999-2000 school year, the School wide Planning Team at WEB School implemented a character education program in grades Pre K-8. The School-Family-Community Partnership Plan is an integral part of our Comprehensive Education Plan. Our goal for the school was to create an environment that fostered respect, responsibility, and caring. Student of the Month Luncheons

Franklin/York Learning Center focused on increasing parental involvement school-wide. Student of the Month Luncheons, a successful activity from our One-Year Action Plan, provided important results for students, families, and the school. Each month a student was selected by the teacher or classmates from each class to be "Student of the Month" based on her/his improved behavior, grades, or attendance. More...
